Hey there! I'm Kristina Howe, your dedicated personal trainer, nutrition coach, and health coach based in the heart of Kettering, OH. My mission is to empower women to achieve their health and fitness goals and live their best lives. Fitness isn't just a job for me; it's my passion and way of life.

My Fitness Journey

My love for fitness began early on. Growing up, I was always active, playing multiple sports and enjoying the thrill of competition. This early passion evolved into a lifelong commitment to health and wellness. Over the years, I've dedicated myself to learning and growing in the fitness industry, turning my passion into a fulfilling career where I can share my knowledge and enthusiasm with others.

TRAINING PLAN OPTIONS

Personal Training

One on one training  in a private studio, semi-private personal training gym, or public gym (if allowed). Every session is designed for the client based on their abilities, equipment, and goals. 

Options start at $65 per session


Nutrition Coaching

One on one coaching in healthy lifestyle change. Plans could include weekly one hour meetings, email/text communication, and meal plans/guides.

Options start at $100 for 4 weeks

Online Training

Plans are unique to each individual. All based on ability, goals, and equipment available. Workouts followed via a free app to the client. Monthly check-ins required for progress purposes.

Plans start at $60 for 4 weeks
